Lora Broussard

I was born in North KIngston, Rhode Island. I have experienced much of the world or at least the United States having lived in California, Oregon, Texas, and Michigan. I also traveled through a great many more states! After my husband, Richard, of 35 years passed away I returned to New England to live near my only child, Elizabeth. I now reside in Newington, Connecticut. I have enjoyed crafting and creating all of my life. I really began to blossom in 1972 when I discovered ceramics. I became a licensed certified Duncan Ceramics Instructor. I bought a kiln and produced and sold ceramics for the next 10 years. The past several years I have been working with acrylic paint and alcohol ink. I also enjoy doing mixed media art.
